In this study, the prevalence rates and causes of poultry diseases in Turkey were statistically examined. Data obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) between 2000 and 2023 were used. Statistical methods such as frequency analysis, chi-square test and regression analysis were used and the prevalence rates, seasonal distributions and risk factors of the diseases were determined. Findings show that orthopedic, infectious and parasitic diseases are the most common diseases and that these diseases are associated with seasonal changes, animal species, age group and environmental factors. In this study, strategic recommendations are presented to control and prevent diseases.
